The brief
A new South Jersey construction company starting from nothing — no name, no identity, no site. They do two quite different things: remodelling for homeowners (kitchens, baths, decks, additions) and recurring property care for the people who manage buildings for a living — property managers, realtors and short-let hosts. Those two audiences want completely different things from a website, and most contractor sites serve only the first.
What I built
The brand came first — name, mark and voice — then a site architecture designed around how people actually search for trades. Eight service lines and a dozen towns across Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties, cross-linked into a service-by-location matrix so someone searching for a specific job in a specific town lands on a page written for exactly that, not a generic services page with the town name swapped in.
The two-track structure
Homeowners get a straightforward estimate path. Commercial visitors get their own track — property managers, realtors and Airbnb hosts each with their own page, leading to retainer plans rather than one-off quotes. One business, two funnels, no compromise between them.

Grand Traverse Tennis Camps
A half-century-old Traverse City tennis camp moved off paper and phone calls — programs for ages 4 to adult, laid out so parents can actually pick one.
