Build & Manage
Naming, brand and a 150-page site for a South Jersey builder — with a service-by-location structure built to win local search across three counties.
Not everything I've shipped — just 10 projects I'd actually want you to look at. Client builds, product sites, and a couple of things I made because nobody was going to pay me to. Every one designed and built by me, start to finish. The concepts are labeled as concepts.

Naming, brand and a 150-page site for a South Jersey builder — with a service-by-location structure built to win local search across three counties.

A half-century-old Traverse City tennis camp moved off paper and phone calls — programs for ages 4 to adult, laid out so parents can actually pick one.

Design and build for Even After — record messages your loved ones receive on birthdays, anniversaries, and after you're gone. A product nobody goes looking for.

Design and build for Ink, an infinite canvas for AI agents — where the demos on the marketing page are live boards, not screenshots of them.

Design and build for Ticulate — a status page and workspace in one, for projects that agents build and humans steer. Its own project page runs on itself.

Design and build for Maestro — purpose-built AI agents you schedule and wire together into a score that keeps running while you don't.

A complete specialty coffee and tea brand — identity, product range, journal and storefront — built in WordPress and Etch as a reference for how I work.

A satirical product launch — fake telemetry, a live-feed console and an unnervingly confident brand voice. Built to see how far a product narrative goes.

A publication making the case that most small business sites shouldn't be built on WordPress — written by someone who builds WordPress sites for a living.

My personal site — projects, writing and experiments in automation and agentic engineering. The place new ideas get tested at my own expense first.
Two of these are client sites still in build
Build & Manage and Grand Traverse Tennis Camps launch shortly, so I’m not linking to the client previews yet — the case studies show the work. If you want to see either of them live, or work relevant to your own project, ask me on the call or email nico@webdens.com.
Every build runs roughly the same way, whether it's a five-page brochure site or a store with a thousand products.
One call, thirty minutes. What the business does, who you're trying to reach, what's wrong with what you have. You get a written scope and a fixed price.
You get a staging link from week one and it updates as I work. Feedback whenever you have it — not saved up for a milestone meeting.
Launch, then I keep hosting, backups and updates running. Same person, same email address, whenever you need something changed.

Two of three slots open. Bring me the project and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person to build it.
