Take all four. Or take the one you’re missing.

Design, development, management and marketing — all done by the same person, so nothing gets lost between departments. There are no departments. Pick what you need and leave the rest.

Design

No 40-page brand deck you'll never open again. I start with your actual content and build real, clickable pages you can look at on your own phone within the first week. You give feedback on the thing itself, not on a picture of the thing — which means fewer rounds, and no nasty surprise when it finally gets built.

Good fit forAnyone whose site looks like it was built in 2014, or who's starting from nothing.

Layout and visual design
Design system and tokens
Responsive down to small phones
Accessible color and type
Real content, not lorem ipsum
Revisions until you're happy

Development

I build on WordPress because you should be able to change your own content without calling anybody. Clean, documented, standards-based work — no mystery plugin stack, no page builder lock-in you can't escape. If you ever want to take it elsewhere, you can, and I'll help you do it.

Good fit forBusinesses that outgrew a template and need the site to actually do something.

Custom WordPress builds
WooCommerce storefronts
Integrations and automation
Migrations from other platforms
Performance and Core Web Vitals
No lock-in, ever

Management

Most sites don't fail dramatically; they rot. Plugins go stale, certificates lapse, backups silently stop running. This is the part I came to from a decade of IT and service desk work, and it's the part most people find out they needed the hard way.

Good fit forAnyone who currently has no idea when their site was last backed up.

Managed hosting and DNS
Monitored offsite backups
Plugin and core updates
Security hardening and scanning
Uptime monitoring
A human to call when it breaks

Marketing

I won't promise you page one by Friday. What I will do is make sure the technical foundation is right, the content answers what people are genuinely searching for, and you can see in plain language what's working. If a channel isn't earning its keep, I'll tell you to stop paying for it.

Good fit forBusinesses with a decent site that nobody is finding.

Technical SEO and schema
Local search and Google Business
Content strategy and writing
Analytics you can actually read
Email and newsletter setup
Plain-English reporting
how pricing works

No retainers you can't explain

The reason agency pricing is opaque is that agencies have overheads to hide. I don't have overheads to hide.

01

Quoted before I start

After the call you get a fixed written scope and a fixed price. If the scope changes, we agree the change before any work happens — you will never open an invoice you weren't expecting.

02

À la carte, not a bundle

Need a build but you already have hosting? Fine. Want management on a site somebody else made? Also fine. You pay for the pieces you use and nothing else.

03

You own all of it

Domain, hosting account, code, content, analytics — in your name, under your control. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and I'll help with the handover.

One caveat, honestly stated

I take 3 projects at a time, so I can’t always start immediately. If all slots are full I’ll tell you the real date I can begin — I won’t take your deposit and park you in a queue.

2 of 3 slots open

Tell me what's missing.

Bring the half-finished site, the plugin nobody understands, the traffic that stopped. Thirty minutes on a call and you'll at least know what you're dealing with.
