my own product

A sticker is just a PNG. That’s the whole trick.

My own sticker maker — cut one out of any picture, type the words as you send it, paste it into any chat. The demo in the hero is the real editor.

The idea

Group chats have stickers. Almost everywhere else people actually talk — Teams, Slack, email — does not. So stick.my leans on the one format every single one of them already accepts: a PNG with a transparent background. Point it at any picture, the background comes off by itself, and a brush fixes whatever it got wrong. Nothing to install, and no account needed to make one.

The decision the product is built on

A sticker is artwork plus a blurb style — the words are typed at the moment you send it and never stored. That is the product rather than an optimization: style a sticker once and it can say anything forever, instead of producing a new file every time you want a different line. It also means the words cannot leak, because they were never saved in the first place.

The demo is the editor

The homepage doesn’t show a picture of the product. The sticker in the hero is live — type in the box, change the bubble shape or the color, and copy the result straight off the landing page into whatever you were already doing. That is the whole product loop, finished, before anyone has signed up for anything. It argues better than a feature list ever could.
